DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are usually processed within two business days and delivered to USA addresses within 2-7 business days. Please note, however, that some orders may take longer due to the current state of shipping in the US.
Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays, Monday to Friday. If we’re finding order volume to be higher than expected, you’ll likely need to wait an additional day for tracking information to be provided. If your ordered item is on backorder, wait times can be up to 3 weeks for orders to be fulfilled. In these events, items will be marked as “Backordered”, and any questions regarding your order status and stock availability can be answered via our contact form on our website.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Delivery to military addresses may take up to 15-30 business days. Specific delivery estimates provided by USPS can be found here.
Please note: It is to be expected that the tracking stops showing updates once the order reaches the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub. However, the order is continuing its journey.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Shipment confirmation is made when your order has left our warehouse. Upon processing, a tracking number will be provided with your shipment confirmation
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Bainbridge Mercantile is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Bainbridge Mercantile is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Bainbridge Mercantile does not currently ship outside of The United States.
Refunds are issued for Bainbridge Mercantile products that arrive defective and within the 60-day period, which begins on the delivery date. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for instructions on processing a return. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your defective item(s). Once the item is received, it will take up to 3 business days to process a refund. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Approved returns may be mailed to Dianthus 1 Broadway, 14th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142 with the shipping label provided.
PAYMENT PROCESSOR INFORMATION:
We use Stripe to process payments through Shopify and accept all major credit cards as well as ApplePay, Google Pay, & Facebook Pay. This means that the payment info you provide is used by your payment provider and we do not have any access to it.
